Arthur is one of the three precognitives that made precrime possible. After the failure and disbandment of precrime, Arthur, his twin Dash and his adoptive sister Agatha were released into the public without identities or support. They worked together to find a place to live and get on their feet but after a few years off the grid Arthur left his siblings to return to the city. Since then he's officially become a well-off estate planner and unofficially become a player in the criminal business of DC as well as the go to salesman of clean fake identities.
This journal is not official in any way. Play is generally canon-based, but feel free to message me for any specific things you want to try. Player and muse are BOTH over 18 and this journal may include explicit adult content. Player birth year 1984, character birth year 2030 for a show taking place in 2064 making him 34)
